Our Story
C & N Pizza began as a tiny pop-up with a wood-fired oven and a promise: keep it simple, keep it real. Today we serve our neighborhood with the same care, using time-honored techniques and ingredients we’re proud to put our name on.
Craft & Ingredients
We source DOP San Marzano tomatoes, fior di latte, and first-cold-pressed olive oil. Each component earns its place on the pie — balanced, bright, and never overdone.
The Oven
Our wood-fired oven runs at ~430°C, giving every pizza a blistered, airy crust with a tender crumb and a whisper of smoke — the unmistakable Neapolitan signature.
Dough & Fermentation
The dough cold-ferments for 48 hours to develop flavor and lightness. It’s hand-stretched to order, topped gently, and baked in under 90 seconds.
Delivery & Service
We box pizzas hot with heat-seal liners and deliver locally in about 30 minutes. Prefer pickup? Your pie leaves the oven just as you arrive.
Community & Sustainability
We partner with local producers, minimize waste, and choose recyclable packaging. Great pizza tastes better when it’s good for the neighborhood too.
